Richard ordered it from Charles Eckenrode Pontiac in Frederick, OK. I sold my 67 HT GTO to a fraternity brother. It is a RA III with automatic transmission, air conditioning, console, ride and handling package, and AM radio. Of course, rally gauges, rally II wheels without trim rings, and rear spoiler came with the Judge package. Mine never had a front spoiler. In order to get the price reasonable, we did not get disc or power brakes, which was a major mistake. From around 1975-1980 someone else owned it for a while.
